It has 4 Components:
IELTS is used for international study, migration, and work.
IELTS comprises of 40 Questions, 10 per Each Section, to be completed in 30 minute time. you will get 10 minutes at the end of the test to transfer your answers in the answer sheet.
4 different recordings will be played, each of 1 section.
Recording 1 – a whole conversation between two speakers set in an everyday social context.
Recording 2 – a monologue or just one person speaking
Recording 3 – in education or training-related situations two up to four people converse.
Recording 4 - a monologue on an academic subject.
Task types vary between:
Multiple Choice, Matching Times Two ( there are two different matching tasks), Plan, Map, Diagram Labeling, Form completion, Note, Table, Flow-chart, Summary Completion, Sentence Completion.
